Please read the Terms of Use carefully. We’ve made it as brief and clear as possible. By downloading, accessing or using Dottedyellow ("Dottedyellow"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dottedyellow.
We may change this document at any time. If we change it, we will announce it on our App Store listing. By continuing to use Dottedyellow, you agree to any revised Terms.

By using Dottedyellow, you agree that it’s your responsibility to keep yourself safe. If you miss something and risk yourself , you agree to absolve Dottedyellow and its designers of any and all responsibility for injury of any kind.
Dottedyellow is the DMV practice test app. If you are mandated to complete other Driver Education courses as part of the curriculum, please do as required. Dottedyellow aims to keep the chapters comprehensive.
Dottedyellow is intended for US driving laws , but if downloaded and used for countries outside US , we are not held responsible for any discrepancy.
Usage And Data Tracking
We're not interested in anyone's personal data.
We track aggregate, generalized data to understand how the totality of our customers are using the app. This means we can track how many times a certain feature is being used, which questions are the most popular, average questions a person does, and total questions done by our customers over time.
Additionally, we track users when they enroll for raffle to avoid frauds and also give the right person the right royalty.

Free Trial And In App Purchases
All payments are handled by Apple and iTunes. We don't manage any economic transactions between you and the App Store. Any issues you should handle directly with Apple for the In-app purchases.
iTunes will bill you automatically when you do the In-app purchases. Your purchases include unlimited and unrestricted access to all available chapters, however, you are allowed only once to take part in the raffle based on the points you score.
We might change the price of the In-app purchases from time to time for promotion purposes. If you're already downloaded the premium content there would be no additional charges.
The raffle program is outside the Apple Ecosystem, you earn your tickets into the raffle by scoring the points on the App. On the app, you can only enroll in the raffle once and view your ticket number. The winning ticket & the tag winners are broadcasted on the website or the winner is notified by the valid email id provided.
However, the economic transaction between the winner and Dottedyellow is the responsibility of the Dottedyellow. To avoid fraud and unintended activities we validate, verify and book keep the winners & also restrict any attempt made to hijack the tickets to the raffle. Enrollment into the raffle is not mandatory for using the app, it's an opportunity to gratify our customers who may use the money for taking driving school classes or use it for buying their favorite games on App Store or pay insurance costs for the vehicle. Dottedyellow holds the discretion to stop the raffle program for newer downloads if discrepancies are reported.
